India has the largest number of child population. The future of a nation lies in the good future of a child. These children of today will become youths of tomorrow and they are expected to endeavor for the better future of our nation. But in India, majority of children belong to poor families and rural areas. These children are being deprived of proper education, healthy food, sanitation. They are kept in darkness and consequently, they cannot foresee a bright future. As literacy , health, education defines the development of a nation. The evil practices like child labor, child marriage and gender discrimination makes a nation aloof from development. Hence, it should be uprooted from the society in order to build a healthy and better future of children and the nation as well.
